As a highly experienced brand protection specialist, Arkadiusz Kostrzewski develops and executes on- and offline brand protection strategies, manages global grey market investigations and devises operational anti-counterfeiting strategies for our clients. He engages with internal and external shareholders to successfully execute anti-counterfeiting programs.
Arkadiusz spent 4,5 years with the BMW Brand Protection Team, where he served three different roles:
Global Lead for Online Markets Protection,
Brand Protection Manager for several European markets,
Brand Protection Advisor for Southeast Asia region and Australia.
During his tenure with the automotive industry, he played a key role in the successful development of comprehensive online brand protection programs consisting of online markets and social media monitoring, threat assessments, product verifications, leads (targets) generation, online enforcement, ROI, engagement with platforms, online trainings, OSINT / SOCMINT investigations, online to offline investigations, data mining in big data and data clustering.
On the offline site, he managed anti-counterfeiting actions, on-site investigations, product verifications, raid actions as well as customs authorities & police seizures.
He is experienced in cooperating with strategic key partners like the European Automotive Anti-Counterfeiting Working Group, all levels of government agencies, anti-counterfeiting associations, private sector organizations and international partners.
This background allows him to design the best-in-class brand protection strategies and Anti-Counterfeiting operations responding to our clients´ individual needs, available human resources and budgets.
